Cowboy was a housemate of mine back in the 70’s. There were 4 of us guys living together in a house in North Syracuse. He was a GREAT guy, very caring and a good friend. I will always remember his mellow, kind personality, and a person I had some great times with. I’ll let the other 2 guys know this sad news. My prayers are with Cowboy and his family.
