    Dear Steve:
    I am so sorry to hear of “Raynor’s” passing. You don’t know me, but I worked with Patty at the VA for the last six years. I was the Details Clerk in the Veterans Service Center. I also know and worked with Nancy Beach prior to her going to California. Patty was my dear friend there. She was always making me laugh, smile and was always asking me how I was feeling. I have been diagnosed with several health issues in the last four years. Patty was always there to boost my spirits when the VA administration tried getting me down. She would give and give and never take or ask for anything in return. For the holidays she would always put decorations on our doors in VSC. She would bring me furniture for my office when the VA took their sweet time in getting me equipment I needed for my work. I understand she did not want any calling hours, so I will not be able to pay my respects to Patty in person, but please know my sympathies and Prayers The Lord Jesus is there to comfort you and your family in the coming days. Peace in Christ. Carole Vance Bliss.

    Steve, I am so sorry for your loss. Patty was “one of a kind” at work, always making everyone in her path smile. She was a very caring and giving individual that will be missed greatly. When I was having a bad day, she would always brighten it up with an off the wall comment just to make me laugh. If I ever needed anything, somehow she always managed to find just what I needed. After I retired and went back into the VA for something, she was the first person I ran into. We laughed and hugged and I will always remember that. Sending thoughts and prayers to you and the family. Patty was sure a treasure to many.

    Steve, my heart breaks hearing this news. She was the best, loyal, unselfish, always giving of herself, such a beautiful person. When I was in the Marines, for every special occasion, no matter where I was, she would get a card to me always saying, “Love Pat’! She gave unconditional love to everyone she met. She was a sister to me that looked after my family and parents. She always had a listening ear and would never judge. A pure kind soul that was taken way to soon. I can’t imagine your pain and my prayers are with you and the rest of her family. RIP Pat, and thank you for your love over the years, I love you.

    Steve and family;
    Patty was a special friend and co-worker and no matter how bad or good the day was at work, if Patty came to visit I couldn’t help but smile. She always brightened up the day. She had a gift of “decorating life” for employees every day by always helping others. I recently retired and Patty stands out as one from my VA career that I will miss the most. My deepest sympathy and may God comfort you and your family during this difficult time.

  7. Bea Ross-Mulford (Tink ) says:

    Steve,
    My heart is heavy over the loss of Raynor. She gave me the nickname Tink because of my love of Tinkerbell. She always looked out for my best interest and would sneak in and decorate my desk according to holiday to suprise me. Halloween being our favorite we always discussed what we were dressing up as. She and I talked about hockey, football, my son, her nephews and life in general. She will forever be a part of my heart. My thoughts and prayers to all of you.
