{"id":1452,"date":"2013-11-24T19:32:13","date_gmt":"2013-11-24T19:32:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.dagonfuneralhome.com\/?p=1452"},"modified":"2014-10-31T12:07:01","modified_gmt":"2014-10-31T12:07:01","slug":"eric-michael-green","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dagonfuneralhome.com\/?p=1452","title":{"rendered":"Eric Michael Green"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dagonfuneralhome.com\/?attachment_id=1458\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1458\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-1458\" title=\"Eric Green Photo\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dagonfuneralhome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Eric-Green-Photo4-250x205.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"205\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dagonfuneralhome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Eric-Green-Photo4-250x205.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.dagonfuneralhome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Eric-Green-Photo4-200x164.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.dagonfuneralhome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Eric-Green-Photo4-1024x843.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/a>Eric Michael Green \u2013 18 \u2013 of 2438 Stuck Hill Rd., Belmont, died unexpectedly in Almond, NY.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Born in Hornell on November 30, 1994, he was the son of Michael Green &amp; Michelle Bartholomew Green.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Eric grew up in Alfred and was a graduate of Alfred-Almond Central School (class of 2013).\u00a0 Currently he was a member of the freshman class of Alfred State College.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>While in high school, Eric\u2019s enjoyed classes in politics and later embraced politics and loved having \u00a0discussions on American History and historical events.\u00a0 He was an avid New York Yankees fan and also a fan of the New England Patriots.\u00a0 He also enjoyed collecting &amp; wearing baseball caps.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Eric will be remembered for his \u201cirreverent sense of humor\u201d, his \u201cdry wit\u201d and captivating &amp; ever present smile.\u00a0 He was never afraid to speak his mind.\u00a0 His greatest joy was simply spending time and having fun with his many friends.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Eric was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Duane Green who died earlier this year and also his maternal grandfather, Angelo \u201cBart\u201d Bartholomew who died in 1981.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Surviving are his mother, Michelle Green of Belmont; his father, Michael Green of Alfred; his paternal grandmother, Shirley Green of Alfred Station; his maternal grandmother, Alice Bartholomew of Elmira; his 100 year old maternal great-grandmother, Dorothy Barlett; his aunts &amp; uncles, David Bartholomew, Anne &amp; Jeffrey Damrad, Mark Green &amp; Matt Green; his cousins, Matthew Bartholomew, Lindsey Bartholomew, Samantha Damrad, Kelsey Damrad, Bryce Green, Elizabeth Shepard &amp; Sarah Green.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The family of Eric Michael Green will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the <strong>Dagon Funeral Home, 38 Church St., Hornell, NY.\u00a0 <\/strong>A Memorial Mass will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM at St. Jude Chapel at Alfred State College with Rev.
