Isabella Grace (Grimm) Glenn \u2013 beautiful daughter of Tiffany Grimm & Jeffrey Glenn of 49 Hartshorn St., Hornell, was taken by the Angels to be with the Lord before she had a chance to enter this world.<\/p>\n
\u00a0Although she died before being born, Isabella Grace was truly loved by her entire family.\u00a0 Along with her sister, Alana Rose (Grimm) Simms who died in 2005, she is now an Angel in Heaven!<\/p>\n
\u00a0Surviving are her parents, Jeff & Tiffany; 3 sisters, Madyson, Alexis & Haylee; grandparents, aunts, uncles & cousins.<\/p>\n
