Thomas R. \u201cTom\u201d \u00a0LaClair \u2013 68 \u2013 a resident of Elderwood at Hornell (formerly McAuley Manor) died Monday morning (April 25, 2016) following a long illness.<\/p>\n
Born in Rochester, NY, on April 1, 1948, he was the son of Gerald & Doris (Campbell) LaClair.<\/p>\n
Tom lived in Fairport in his younger years and throughout the years resided in several locations, including Athens, PA, Bennington, NY, Attica, NY and Hornell.<\/p>\n
He was a deeply religious person and had been a member of the Methodist Church.\u00a0 He will be missed by his many friends at Elderwood at Hornell.<\/p>\n
Surviving are 3 brothers, Gerald LaClair of Rochester, Donald LaClair of Newport Richie, FL and James LaClair of Palmyra, NY; 2 nephews, John LaClair and Jesse LaClair.<\/p>\n
At Tom\u2019s request there will be no calling hours.\u00a0 Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.<\/p>\n
