{"id":6128,"date":"2022-12-08T18:58:26","date_gmt":"2022-12-08T18:58:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dagonfuneralhome.com\/?p=6128"},"modified":"2022-12-10T16:46:40","modified_gmt":"2022-12-10T16:46:40","slug":"josephine-josie-noble-taylor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dagonfuneralhome.com\/?p=6128","title":{"rendered":"Josephine &#8220;Josie&#8221; Noble Taylor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-6132\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dagonfuneralhome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Josephine-Noble-Taylor-Photo-250x384.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dagonfuneralhome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Josephine-Noble-Taylor-Photo-250x384.jpg 250w, https:\/\/www.dagonfuneralhome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Josephine-Noble-Taylor-Photo-200x307.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.dagonfuneralhome.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Josephine-Noble-Taylor-Photo.jpg 391w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/>Josephine \u201cJosie\u201d Noble Taylor \u2013 73 \u2013 of 7678 John Dixon Road, Almond, died early Thursday morning (December 8, 2022) at her home, following a long illness following \u00a0due to Covid &#8211; Pneumonia complications.<\/p>\n<p>Born in Hornell, NY on December 28, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Lincoln (WWII Vet) and Mary (Ermy) Noble.<\/p>\n<p>Josie spent 10 years working at Jordan Hall on the Alfred University Campus and had a special bond with local artist, Bill Castle.\u00a0 She relocated to the San Fernando Valley of Southern California where she spent 20 years with O\u2019Neal USA, innovators, designers &amp; manufacturers of Moto Cross protective clothing (including helmets boots etc.).\u00a0 Because of her charisma, Josie created personal &amp; professional relationships with both national &amp; international Moto Cross riders throughout the USA, Japan &amp; Australia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJosie the Gypsy\u201d could not sit still.\u00a0 The next chapter in her life was Las Vegas, NV where she worked in the corporate environment during the day wearing beautiful &amp; colorful clothing.\u00a0 When the sun went down, her \u201cbiker leather\u201d came on and she would \u201cride the highways\u201d of Southern Nevada with Vietnam Vets MC.\u00a0 Eventually Josie moved to Santa Barbara, Ca before settling in the Klipnocky Hillsides.\u00a0 She returned to the Hornell \u2013 Almond area about 7 years ago.<\/p>\n<p>Josie will be remembered as a cheerleader, flower child &amp; biker who had a passion for life and was loved and respected by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing her.<\/p>\n<p>Surviving are her husband &amp; soul-mate, Thomas \u201cT.T.\u201d Taylor; 2 brothers, Francis \u201cFran\u201d (Jeralyn Musser) Noble of Arkport and Paul Noble of Bullhead City, AZ; her son, Michael Gambino of Santa Barbara, CA; grandson, Gunner Gambino of Santa Barbara, CA; granddaughter, Nichole \u201cNikki\u201d Gambino of Great Falls, MT (daughter of Jess McKee); many cousins, nieces, nephews and countless true lifetime friends.<\/p>\n<p>To honor Josephine\u2019s wishes, there will be no calling hours.\u00a0 A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.<\/p>\n<p>Funeral arrangements are in care of the Dagon Funeral Home, 38 Church St., Hornell, NY.<\/p>\n<p>Josephine\u2019s family request that memorial contributions in her name be made to the Hornell Alumni Association, PO Box 135, Hornell, NY 14843.<\/p>\n<p>To leave an online condolence or share a memory, visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dagonfuneralhome.com\">www.dagonfuneralhome.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Josephine \u201cJosie\u201d Noble Taylor \u2013 73 \u2013 of 7678 John Dixon Road, Almond, died early Thursday morning (December 8, 2022) at her home, following a long illness following \u00a0due to Covid &#8211; Pneumonia complications.
