Losecco \u2013 86 \u2013 of 8 Marshall Ave., Hornell, died Sunday afternoon (April 17, 2011) following a long illness.<\/p>\n<p>A native &amp; life resident of Hornell, she was born March 7, 1925 and was the daughter of Joseph &amp; Anna Marie (Generalli) Trentanelli.<\/p>\n<p>Nancy was a graduate of Hornell High School (class of 1943).\u00a0 She had been employed as a comptometer operator at the former Erie Railroad for several years.\u00a0 Nancy was a member of Our Lady of the Valley Parish and a communicant of St. Ann\u2019s Church.<\/p>\n<p>She was married on September 10. 1946 to Salvatore \u201cToddy\u201d Losecco who died September 23, 2000.\u00a0 Nancy was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Anthony Trent and Joseph Trentanelli. <!--more-->Surviving are 2 daughters, JoAnna (Marty Newland) Peterson of Hornell and Mary Camille Losecco of Hornell; 1 son, Anthony \u201cA.J.\u201d (Judy) Losecco of Buffalo; 2 sisters, Frances Reed of Rochester and Josephine \u201cPeno\u201d (Tom) Bailey of Columbus, OH; 2 brothers, John (Jackie) Trentanelli of Lawrenceville, GA and James Trent of Madawaska, ME; her sister-in-law, Nundina Trent of Buffalo; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; several nieces &amp; nephews.<\/p>\n<p>The family of Nancy M. Losecco will receive friends on Tuesday (today) from 2:00 PM \u2013 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM \u2013 8:00 PM at the Dagon Funeral Home, 38 Church St., Hornell, NY.\u00a0 A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11:00 AM at St. Ann\u2019s Church with burial in St. Mary\u2019s Cemetery<\/p>\n<p>Nancy\u2019s family request that memorial contributions in her name be made to: St. Ann\u2019s Church, 27 Erie Ave., Hornell, NY 14843.\u00a0 Memorial forms will be available at the Dagon Funeral Home.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nancy M.
