John Vaccarella \u2013 76 \u2013 of Farmington, NY died early Saturday morning (August 12, 2023) at Maple City Rehab & Nursing Facility (Hornell Gardens) where he had resided for the past 2 Weeks.<\/p>\n
He was born in Rochester on April 25, 1947 and was the son of Leon & Evelyn Vaccarella.<\/p>\n
John grew up in Rochester where he graduated from high school. For many years he was employed as a cab driver for Monroe Cab Company.<\/p>\n
He was preceded in death by his sister, Gina and his brother, Stephen.<\/p>\n
Surviving are his siblings, Thomas, Teresa, Jeffrey, James, Joanne & Scott.<\/p>\n
At John\u2019s request there will be no calling hours. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.<\/p>\n
Funeral arrangements are in care of the Dagon Funeral Home, 38 Church St., Hornell, NY.<\/p>\n
