Please accept my condolences and those of my mother, Olga Brutsman. Jerry and Josephine were very kind to my grandmother, Mary Bay, when she rented 95 Elm Street from Josephine’s parents for so many years.

Our family is deeply saddened by the loss of Jerry. I have known him from a very young age..my parents and Jerry’s family grew up together and remained close as they raised families. One of my fondest memories are of Christmas,Jerry and usually 1 of his children, coming? Thru the back yard for some holiday cheer. And every afternoon, around 12.30ish, he would knock on the side window of my parent’s house to grab my Dad for a couple of beers..RRR……his welcoming line
    RIP Jerry👏👏👏👏👏 we LOVE you
