Did not know this sweet Lady but her family and mine were joined by several generations. Pascoes and Jeffery’s were neighbors and class mates. Her youngest Sister and I went to H.H.S. We grew up in the neighborhood of Prindle Ave. and East Elm St. I am the oldest grand-daughter of Howard and Marion (Peck) Pascoe. Our families knew each other. I knew Jean’s parents who were always kind and sweet. I send heart-felt condolences to the youngest Sister Kathleen.

    With much love,
    Billie Lou (Waight) Felker

I had the pleasure of meeting Jean and her mother Alta back in the 80s through my sister whom cared for Alta when she got sick and they were 2 wonderful women who always had a kind word for all . Whenever we crossed paths in the grocery store she would always stop and talk , she will be missed by many . Gone but never forgotten . My heartfelt condolences to her family and friends .😢💔

I was one of the “countless” young adults that Jeannie took into her home. She became my guardian for a couple of years so that I could finish high school. I didn’t know it then but God had brought an angel into my life to watch over me. She was one of the most loving, non-judging, selfless, compassionate people I have ever had the privilege to know. Heaven has welcomed home another angel! My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. RIP Dear Sweet Lady! You will ALWAYS be LOVED!! THANK YOU! <3 :)
