Richard Carl Dugo – 67 – of Sun City, AZ, formerly of Hornell, passed away Friday (December 13, 2013) following a long illness.
He was born August 4, 1946 in Hornell, NY to Joseph and Madeline (Franzone) Dugo who preceded him in death.
Richard grew up in Hornell and was a graduate of Hornell High School (class of 1965). He moved to Arizona in 1992 where he met and married his wife, Susan. They spent over 20 wonderful years together traveling and golfing prior to his succumbing to illness.
He leaves behind his best friend and wife, Susan, his beloved daughter Kimberly Dugo of Arizona; his wonderful sister Alberta (Jon) Cleveland of Hornell and their daughter, Pamela (Eric) Mendel of Geneseo, NY.
A memorial gathering will be held December 21, 2013 at the family’s home in Sun City, AZ.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Dagon Funeral Home, 38 Church St., Hornell, NY at a later date.
